Poppamies' Cajun Rub is ideal for dry marinating (rubbing), general seasoning, or smoking meats. Carefully balanced without any unnecessary fillers—just pure, flavorful ingredients.
USAGE TIPS:
ON THE GRILL:
Rub generously onto meat or steaks with a drop of oil. Grill until cooked through.
IN THE OVEN:
Apply a thick layer of rub to the meat, moisten with apple juice, and cook low & slow.
Also great on root vegetables—coat with oil and the rub, then roast.
IN THE PAN:
Press rub onto steaks or swirl meat pieces in the blend. Fry in oil.
Add cream or stock to make a rich sauce.
IN THE POT:
