Lowe Rust complete is a premium rust primer that can be painted straight onto rust. This primer can be applied to damp or even wet surfaces, while minimum preparation of the surface is required before applying this primer. This primer is suitable for a wide range of applications including gates, cars and oil tanks, and can be used on both metal and wood. It provides an excellent base for all standard paints although no over coating is required.
